we are one confused society when it comes to "once upon a time" 

we are raised with fairy tales teaching us that the good guys come out on top and love conquers all. but then when we least expect it life slaps us in the face, sucker punches us really. it happens the first time we test the waters, the first time we fall hard for someone, but they weren't there to catch us. thats when our faith in happily ever after all comes unraveled. 

this is completely wrong though! i mean, i have faith that that mind set is wrong. we are all going to get the happily ever after that we deserve. we get what we put in though, as long as we are willing to keep an open mind and accept change in our lives, each new addition or subtraction from our lives will benefit us, further moving us in the direction that will ultimately be our fairy tale come true.

the moral of our story is, it's OUR story. if you want a happy ending, make a happy ending! accept change, and don't regret anything. everything happens for a reason and someday it will all make sense. and when it does, that's when we'll know we've found our prince charming.
